Christmas Past and Present

These are some shots from our baking adventures last year (far left) and this year. The kids did a really great job this year despite asking every 2 minutes "can we eat our cookie now?" (Thanks for the aprons Aunt Jasmine and Uncle Trevor!)
I have to say I'm sad Christmas is over. It

feels like coming off of a camp high. I look forward to Christmas all year long and then it feels like it's all over too soon. We managed to celebrate the season quite thoroughly this year with our 3rd annual Vanagon Christmas light tour, going to the Live Nativity at St. Andrews, going caroling with the Goodes and friends, making Christmas cookies and goodie bags, decorating the tree, watching Charlie Brown Christmas (should have waited a few years on that one) and other fun holiday events.

I'm back to looking forward to Christmas this year. I can't wait!!!

Yay!
You're back up! I do check your blog fairly often, Ha-day. Your kids are very cute and you are such a great mom.
